Group Data Centre
Intrum Justitia has decided to set up a Group Data Centre, located in Amsterdam, to better support the business and enable business growth. The Group Data Centre will house all hardware and be responsible for network and infrastructure in the group. Further more the Group Data Centre will be responsible for hosting of all group applications and deliver service to the business in 24 markets currently served.

For the Group Data Centre we are looking for four

Service Desk team members

As Service Desk employee you receive, execute and solve incidents and change requests from the local IT organizations according to the agreed service level agreements. You are responsible for tracking and documenting the incidents in the service desk tool. You are the link to 2nd and 3rd level support and forward and track requests to parties outside of the Service Desk team. You contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall service processes and the Service Desk tool including incidents, problems, configurations and change management. According to the service level agreements with the local IT organisation and the Data Centre you maintain and advance the infrastructure management and licence management. The Service Desk team members report into the Service Desk Manager.

Profile
. A degree in computer science or in a equivalent field;
. At least 3 years experience in an International IT Service Desk organisation;
. Proficient with IT industry service management (ITIL, at least Foundation certificate);
. At least 3 years experience in servicing hardware and software;
. Experience with a major IT Service Desk management tool;
. Good writing & communication skills in English and preferably 1 additional European language;
. Proficient in problem solving;
. Positive and constructive minded;
. Service-minded with a focus on getting solutions;
. Strong customer focus and stress resistant;
. Flexibility to support 24 / 7 / 365 operations.

For the Group Data Centre we are looking for two

Network Engineers

As Network Engineer you create, maintain and monitor the infrastructure of the Data Centre and the Intrum Justitia Group Network. You jointly create the network strategy for the Group. You also take care of the documentation for the Data Centre infrastructure, for the Intrum Justitia Group network (WAN) and for the Data Centre network (LAN). The Network Engineers provide 2nd and 3rd level support and are the backup for Data Centre Service Desk. You solve and track incidents and execute changes for the Data Centre and for the network infrastructure and document the problem solving. You provide 3rd level support and forward and track requests to parties outside the Data Centre team. You also contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of service management according to IT industry service standards (ITIL) including the service desk tool. The Network Engineers report into the Team manager Networks.

Profile
. An advanced degree in computer science or in a equivalent field;
. At least 5 years experience in network and systems engineering (in-depth knowledge and detailed familiarity with industry protocols; extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintaining infrastructure and networking);
. Certified in at least one major infrastructure, network and/or systems engineering discipline (e.g. HP, Checkpoint, Cisco, MSCE, etc.);
. Familiar with IT industry service management (ITIL, Foundation Certificate preferred);
. Good writing & communication skills in English and preferably 1 additional European language
. Able to translate and clearly formulate technical issues;
. Proficient in problem solving;
. Positive and constructive minded;
. Service-minded and focus on getting solutions;
. Flexibility to support 24 / 7 / 365 operations.

Senior Citrix Engineers for our Directory and Application Delivery Team

As Senior Citrix Engineer you develop, maintain and improve the Intrum Justitia Group Citrix farm of roughly 3000 users and a multitude of applications. You participate in multiple system integration and migration projects. You are responsible for disaster recovery and planning but also for change control, configuration and performance management, fault and trouble management. You take initiative and enforce the use of infrastructure best practices, methodologies and procedures to local IT and Group Data Centre management. You report to the Team manager Collaboration, Directory Services & Application Delivery.
As Senior Engineer you work in a specialised team with skills and responsibilities balanced across the team.

Profile
. An advanced degree in computer science or in a equivalent field;
. At least 5 years experience in Microsoft systems engineering
. 3-5 years experience and in-depth knowledge of Citrix farm management, Active Directory and Networking.
. ITIL knowledge is preffered (ITIL Foundation);
. Good writing & communication skills in English and preferably 1 additional European language,
. Proficient in problem solving;
. Positive and constructive minded;
. Service-minded
. Flexibility to support 24 / 7 / 365 operations.

Senior Engineers - Storage & Backup

The Senior Engineers are responsible for the maintenance and availability of the Intrum Justitia Group's SAN-, VMWare-, Server-, Web-hosting and Back-up environment. You also contribute in product development, application liaison, capacity management and you support escalation on the environments listed above. The Senior Engineers take care of disaster recovery & planning, change control and configuration management, fault and trouble management. You take initiative and enforce the use of infrastructure best practices, methodologies and procedures to local IT and Group Data Centre management. The Senior Engineers report into the Team manager Servers, Storage & Backup.
As Senior Engineer you work in a specialised team with skills and responsibilities balanced across the team.

Profile
. A degree in computer science or in an equivalent field;
. At least 3 years experience in a group servicing environment;
. Knowledge and experience of the following:
o Storage Area Networks (preferably HP EVA)
o Back-up environments and strategies (CommVault is a plus)
o VM-Ware in large scale farms
o Microsoft 200x, HPUX, Linux (iSeries is a plus)
. Good writing & communication skills in English and preferably 1 additional European language,
. Proficient in problem solving;
. Positive and constructive minded;
. Service-minded with a focus on getting solutions
