Intrum Justitia is Europe's leading Credit Management Services (CMS) group. The group offers a wide range of CMS for commercial and consumer receivables and has a growth strategy that involves taking an active part in the industry's consolidation. It has revenues of approximately SEK 2.9 billion and about 2,900 employees.
History
Intrum Justitia was founded in Sweden 1923 by Sven Göransson. In 1970 his son Bo Göransson bought the company. The expansion of Intrum Justitia begun in 1974 with the acquisition of a debt collection agency in Switzerland. This led to many more acquisitions and today Intrum Justitia has offices in 24 markets in Europe.

Since June 2002 Intrum Justitia is listed on the Stockholm Exchange.

Objective
Intrum Justitia's objective is to improve its clients' cash flows and in that way contribute to improve their long-term profitability.
Credit Management Services
Credit Management Services (CMS) is a term used to describe services provided throughout the entire receivables cycle - from the initial invoice until all client debt is settled.

CMS covers a broad range of services including; sales ledger services (invoicing and reminders), consumer and commercial debt collection, international debt collection, debt surveillance and purchased debt.

Our services
Intrum Justitia's services cover the entire credit management chain, from credit information via invoicing and reminders to debt surveillance and collection of written off receivables. Most services are grouped within the service lines Consumer Collection & Debt Surveillance and Commercial & International Collection.

Intrum Justitia also offers sales ledger services, purchased debt services and a number of specialized services related to credit management.
