After 1 year my career entered the next level. I was promoted to Supervisor Contact Center. In this job I collect and analyse diverse datasets and I coach my team of motivated contact center agents. We are very result driven and we like it. And 6 months ago, Intrum offered me again a new challenge that I gladly accepted. We work daily to improve our client's results in a close and cooperative team. In the meantime I turned 26 and I finally have the feeling that I am on the right track.
