E.ON and Intrum Justitia strenghten their collaboration
E.ON and Intrum Justitia have united in a strategic collaboration which aims to maintain and strengthen E.ON's customer relations. The collaboration will strengthen E.ON's brand and optimise its financial results. Intrum Justitia will provide this added value through high-level services for E.ON's customers and proactive collection.Anders Håkansson, CEO of E.ON Kundsupport Sverige AB says, "We chose to renew the collaboration with Intrum Justitia because they are able to deliver customised claim management services. E.ON and Intrum Justitia have been cooperating closely for a long time. Now for the next step: progressing from collection management to a partnership for proactive collection. Intrum Justitia will prevent customers from entering, or going further, in the claim process".
