Management

The Group Management Team (GMT) consists of the CEO and President of the parent company, the CFO, the Group's Chairman of Purchased Debt and the Regional Managing Directors. As from August 2009, the Group's Director of Purchased Debt is also a member of the GMT. The GMT meets regularly to discuss economic and financial results, strategic issues and Group-wide guidelines. These discussions, decisions and guidelines are also part of the control of financial reporting.

Lars Wollung, age 46, CEO and President
Mr. Wollung assumed the position as CEO and President on February 1, 2009. Before joining the group he was CEO and President of the management and IT consulting company Acando. He was one of the founders of Acando in 1999 in his position as vice President and in 2001 he became President. For nine years he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company with international assignment in fields such as corporate strategy, organizational changes and operational improvement programs. He is chairman of the board of directors of Transia AB and Mountainlife AB. From 2006 to 2009, until his appointment as CEO and President he was also a member of the Board of Directors of Intrum Justitia AB. Mr. Wollung holds a M.Sc. in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a M.Sc. in engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Bengt Lejdström age 47, CFO
Mr. Lejdström joined Intrum Justitia as CFO in November 2009. Mr. Lejdström was previously CFO and acting CEO of the listed management and IT consulting company Acando AB, where he had been employed since 2008. Prior to Acando, Mr. Lejdström worked for NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, the European Central Bank, and as a management consultant or line manager for several different companies in the financial services industry both in the Nordics and the EMEA region. Mr. Lejdström holds a M.Sc. in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and has taken several management courses at the Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education, IBM and Rational Management.

Kari Kyllönen, age 63, Chairman of Purchased Debt
Mr. Kyllönen is Chairman of the Group's Purchased Debt operations and has an advisory role to the Group's Operational Excellence team. He has been an employee at Intrum Justitia since 1996, after the acquisition of Tietoperintä Oy in Finland, where he was CEO since 1987. Prior to that, Mr. Kyllönen spent 15 years as an executive at Föreningsbanken i Finland AB. He has been responsible for the Group's Purchased Debt service line since 1999. He holds a Master of Science from Tampere University.

Gijsbert Wassink, age 44, Director of Purchased Debt
Mr. Wassink joined Intrum Justitia in 1992 and since August 2009 he is Director for the Group's Purchased Debt operations. During his years at Intrum Justitia he has held several leading positions within the Group; starting as Group Controller and Group Treasurer in Amsterdam, he became responsible for Purchased Debt, Payment Guarantee and Credit Information activities in Switzerland, Germany and Austria in 1999. Since 2007 he has been Managing Director for the Group's Purchased Debt operations. Before he joined Intrum Justitia, he was auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Wassink holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the VU University in Amsterdam.

Per Christofferson, age 41, Operations Director
Mr. Christofferson joined Intrum Justitia in September 2009. Previously Mr. Christofferson was Vice President and Business Area Director at the IT consulting company Acando AB. Before that he worked for KPMG Management Consulting. He has also been advisor to several CIOs and other operations diretos for multinational clients. He has a M.Sc. from CWRU (Case Western Reserve University) Cleveland Ohio, USA and a M.Sc in Engineering from Institute of Technology in Linköping.

Rickard Westlund, age 43, Regional Managing Director
Rickard Westlund joined Intrum Justitia as Managing Director for Intrum Justitia Sverige AB in November 2009 and assumed the position as Acting Regional Managing Director in January 2010. Mr. Westlund held several positions at Lindorff between 2006 and 2009 such as inter alia Director of Capital Collection, CEO Lindorff Capital AS and Head of Capital Scandinavia. Prior to Lindorff, Mr. Westlund was CEO for Aktiv Kapital Sweden and have also worked at Swedbank for eleven years where he between 2000 and 2003 held the position as Head of Loan Process. Mr. Westlund holds a M.Sc. in economics from Örebro.

Thomas Feodoroff, age 57, Regional Managing Director
Mr. Feodoroff has been employed by the company since 1978 and is the Regional Managing Director for Finland, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania. He studied at the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki, Finland.

Boguslaw Skuza, age 52, Regional Managing Director
Mr. Skuza joined the company in October 2008 and is the Regional Managing Director for Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary. Previously, Mr. Skuza served as CEO and President of Skandia's Polish operations. Earlier he has held executive positions with several international companies in Poland such as FIAT Insurance and Marsh & McLennan. Mr. Skuza is President of the Polish Foundation for the Club of Rome, Vice President of the Polish Association for the Club of Rome as well as member of the Program Council for Polish Foundation for Management Promotion. He holds a master degree in foreign trade economics from Gdansk University.

Thomas Hutter, age 41, Regional Managing Director
Mr. Hutter joined Intrum Justitia in 1994 and since August 2009 he is Regional Managing Director for Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Mr. Hutter has been holding executive management positions since he joined the company. He has been Managing Director in Switzerland since 2003 and since 2007 he has also been Managing Director in Austria and responsible for the operations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Before he joined Intrum Justitia, he was in different responsible sales positions. Mr. Hutter has been a member of the board of directors of the Swiss trade association Verband Schweizerischer Inkassotreuhandinstitute (VSI) since 1999 and was elected as president in April 2009.

Pascal Labrue, age 41, Regional Managing Director
Mr. Labrue has been an employee at Intrum Justitia since 2000 and since February 2004 has served as Regional Managing Director for France, Italy, Spain & Portugal. He was previously employed by the credit management service company B.I.L. Mr. Labrue graduated from ESC Bordeaux.

Marcel van Es, age 42, Regional Managing Director
Mr. van Es joined the company in 1988 and in 2000 he was given responsibility for operations in the Netherlands. Since 2005 he is Regional Managing Director for Belgium and the Netherlands. In April 2009, Mr. van Es resumed the position as Regional Managing Director for the United Kingdom and Ireland, a position he also held between 2005 and 2008. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Hogeschool Rotterdam.
