Important message to all our clients.
We're making the best even better!
Dear Client,
We are pleased to announce we are upgrading our specialised production platform to a new and enhanced state of the art production system. We will be delivering through 2012 a series of additional features and benefits. The first of these will be a new format for your invoice and statement. These new documents will include all the information you have received before but in a a clearer and more understandable format.
Another benefit you will receive at the same time is an enhanced soft copy report of our collection activities and collections performance during the month. These reports represent the latest trends in clear and transparent reporting of the work carried out by Intrum Justitia on your behalf.
If you still wish we can continue to send a hard copy of your invoice and statement together with a cheque for amounts collected during the month on your behalf. We recommend though that you opt for a soft copy of the invoice and statement to be sent by email to an email address designated by you and that we remit monies to you electronically. This will mean invoices not getting lost and payments being speeded up. Our invoice number will appear on your bank statement aiding your accounts department to reconcile the bank statement and your accounts receivable function to allocate the payment. You are asked to complete a response form confirming your wishes.
We now have the ability to hold back customer payments made by cheque only. This will have a small impact on paying over collections as only 2% of customer payments are now made by cheque. We will now extend this to ensure all clients receive cleared funds only and do not have to handle ”negative payments”. This will mean payments made by cheque will be held back by Intrum for 10 working days
You will receive further communications from us in 2012 giving details of a new client web portal. This will provide you with exclusive and secure access to your accounts providing details of the collection activities and collection results for each of your customers. It will give you clear information on what collection result we are achieving as we go through each month. Also in 2012 we will let you know about our new debtor web portal. More on this nearer the time!
If you have any questions please check out our frequently asked questions or contact Niall Warren or Niamh Ward.
Keep a look out for further service enhancements in 2012. We are here to turn your receivables into cash – fast!
