Her current role which she has held since 2003 is Operations Manager with responsibility for delivering processes and results for our clients as well as managing a large team. Outside of Operations and collections Elaine has intimate knowledge of all departments giving her a 360 degree view of our business.
In November 2011 she received a very prestigious award at an event managed by the Irish Institute of Credit Managers (IICM). The award was for ‘Consumer Credit Manager of the Year 2011'.
