Elaine Goggins received this very prestigious award at an event managed by the Irish Institute of Credit Managers (IICM). The award was for ‘Consumer Credit Manager of the Year 2011’
The annual event managed by the Irish Institute of Credit Managers (IICM), is attended by members of the institute and their clients. The Irish office had some very important clients present so it was extra special that Elaine received the award on this occasion.
Part of the many reasons she won the award this year was based on Elaine’s ability to motivate her team which is second to none and she regularly implements collector incentives to motivate her teams and make Intrum Justitia a fun place to work by arranging regular seasonal work related events to motivate staff and achieve targets.
