You can buy a ‘’subscription’’ for batches of three letters. The subscriptions are sold in multiples of 3 and in blocks of 10-20-30, as follows:
- 3 letters = €15.00 x block of 10 = €150.00
- 3 letters = €12.50 x block of 20 = €250.00
- 3 letters = €10.00 x block of 30 = €300.00

When you purchase a block of 10 x 3 letters from Intrum Justitia, ideally and for best results, the 3 letters will be used early in the delinquent period, approx 120 days or less but may be used anytime. We do not collect debts but advise your debtor to contact you and pay you.
The subscription expires after two years from the date of purchase. The offered batch of 3 letters cannot be broken, i.e. all or part of the batch of 3 letters per debtor. It is critical that you inform Intrum Justitia if your debtor pays during the lettering cycle to prevent paid up debtors receiving further letters.

This is the ideal solution for clients who want to let debtors know they are serious about collecting delinquent debts but would still prefer to retain the customer relationship if possible. Engaging Intrum Justitia to send a block of three letters per debtor sends a clear message to debtors that the client has made every reasonable effort on their own and now it is a matter for the professionals. Intrum Justitia will send letters over a 30 day period allowing the debtor ample time to contact the client to arrange payment. (It is very important that the client lets Intrum Justitia know immediately if the debtor pays so as to avoid further unnecessary lettering)
