Intrum Justitia has established a strategic partnership with Experto Credite in the UK (United Kingdom), valid from first of September 2011. The previous operations of Intrum Justitia in UK has been moved to Experto Credite.
In the pressrelease from 4 October 2011, the following was annouced:
Intrum Justitia establishes strategic partnership with Experto Credite in the UK
To strengthen competence as investor in Purchased Debt, Intrum Justitia has entered an agreement with UK-based credit management company Experto Credite regarding the transfer of Intrum Justitia's credit management operations. Intrum Justitia will remain owners of the existing portfolios of receivables while staff, premises and all collection activities are to be transferred to Experto Credite.
