Born: 1974
Anders Engdahl was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 18 October 2020. Engdahl joined Lindorff in 2014 as EVP Debt Purchasing, and had the role as Chief Investment Officer of Intrum 2017-2019 and as Chief Financial Officer from June 2019 - October 2020. He has an extensive international experience in investment banking and management consulting from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and McKinsey. At Morgan Stanley, Anders Engdahl held the position as Managing Director and Head of Nordic Financial Institutions investment banking. Anders Engdahl has a MSc in Business administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics

Michael Ladurner
Chief Financial Officer
Born: 1980
Michael Ladurner was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Intrum in 28 January 2021. Michael joined Lindorff in 2016 as Investment Director for Germany and subsequently served as Business Development Director for Portfolio Investments at Intrum from September 2017 to May 2019. Thereafter he was appointed Group Strategy and Analytics Director. Prior to joining Lindorff, Michael was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, focusing on M&A and capital raisings for European financial institutions. He holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Warwick (UK) and a MSc in Finance from EDHEC (France).

Javier Aranguren
Chief Investment Officer
Born: 1976
Javier Aranguren assumed the role as CIO on February 2020. He joined the company in 2011 where he has performed several roles within the Investment organization including Group Investment Director position since 2018. Prior to that, Javier has held various leading positions within the finance sector in companies such as Capital One, GE Money and TDX. Javier holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Law at Pontificia Comillas University (ICADE E-3).

José Luis Bellosta

José Luis Bellosta joined Intrum on 1 April 2021. Bellosta has an extensive international experience in the financial sector from Mastercard, Citigroup, Liberbank and Santander. His previous employment was as Managing Director of Aliseda, a company owned by Blackstone and Santander Group focused on management of non-performing loans and real estate assets. Mr. Bellosta has a BSc in Business administration and a MBA from Saint Louis University, Missouri (USA), and a PDD at IESE Business School (Spain).

Johan Brodin
Chief Technology Officer
Born: 1968
Mr Brodin holds the position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since November 2019. He joined Intrum though in 2011 as Chief Risk Officer (CRO). Prior to joining Intrum, he held the position as CRO at SBAB Bank. Johan Brodin has previously held different positions within risk control at Handelsbanken, as well as Management consultant within financial services at KPMG and Oliver Wyman. Mr Brodin holds a M. Per Christofferson

Born: 1968
Per Christofferson joined Intrum Justitia in September 2009 as Director of Credit Management Services and between 2012-2017 he was Regional Managing Director Central Europe. Before joining the company he worked 15 years in the consultancy industry including KPMG and Acando, where he held the position as Vice President and Business Area Director. Mr. Christofferson has a M.Sc. from CWRU (Case Western Reserve University) Cleveland, Ohio, and a M.Sc in Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Linköping, Sweden.

Anna Fall

Born: 1969
Anna Fall joined as Chief Brand & Communications Officer for Intrum in October 2018. Ms Fall has a long background from the financial industry, where she most recently held the position as Head of Communications at Första AP-fonden (The First Swedish National Pension Fund). 2004 - 2016 she was Nordic Head of Marketing & Communications at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and prior to that, she had different roles at the property leasing company Nordisk Renting and within the real estate and construction company NCC. Anna Fall has a B.Sc. from Uppsala University in Political Science, Business Administration and Communications.

Georgios Georgakopoulos

Born: 1969
George Georgakopoulos joined Intrum in October 2019 and was appointed GMT member in February 2020. He has a long career in financial services and worked in London, where he started at Barclays Group in 1995. George has also worked in Paris and more recently in Eastern Europe and Greece. He was e.g. CEO at Bancpost in Romania and later CEO of digital lender 4Finance. His last position was Executive General Manager at Piraeus Bank. George is a graduate of Athens Law School and holds an MBA from Glasgow University.

Siv B. Hjellegjerde Martinsen

Born: 1971
Siv Hjellegjerde Martinsen joined Intrum in March 2018 as Managing Director for Intrum in Norway. From 2020 her role was extended with the same responsibility for Intrum in Sweden, and from August 2022 she took on the role as Managing Director for Scandinavia. Siv Hjellegjerde Martinsen has an extensive experience in the financial sector. From 2006-2018 she held several leadership positions in Danske Bank, within HR, sales and operations. She has a Master in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management and has also completed Global Leadership Program at IMD in Lausanne.

Niklas Lundquist

Niklas Lundquist joined Intrum Justitia as General Counsel in January 2011. Previous to that, he held the same role at Tradedoubler AB (publ). He also has experience from two prominent law firms and has served at the Swedish courts. Mr Lundquist holds a law degree from Stockholm University.

Alberto Marone

Alberto Marone was appointed as Managing Director of Intrum Italy in April 2021. Alberto joined Lindorff in 2017 as Investment Director for Italy and subsequently served as Group Investment Director, part of the Group’s Investments leadership team. Since 2018 Alberto has also been part of Intrum Italy’s Senior Management Team where he covered the role of Head of M&A and Strategy for the joint venture with Intesa SanPaolo. Prior to joining Intrum, Alberto was a Director at UBS Investment Bank in London, focusing on capital markets activities with European financial institutions and sponsors. Julia Reuszner joined Intrum as Chief Risk Officer in August 2020. Her most recent previous employment was as CEO of Pepins Group AB, a digital equity funding platform. Mrs Reuszner has a broad background from both the financial sector and the e-commerce industry, and her previous roles include CFO and later acting CEO of the Adlibris Group. She has extensive experience of M&A and investments from Adlibris, Pepins and the private equity firm Capman, where she held the role as Investment Director. Julia Reuszner has a master in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

Mohammed Salloum

Mohammed Salloum assumed the role as CTPO on January 2021. He joined the company in August 2020 as Group Finance Director. Prior to joining Intrum Mohammed was employed at McKinsey & Company where he was an Engagement Manager specializing in strategy, transformation and finance topics. Mr Salloum has a broad finance and consulting background from companies such as Hemfrid AB, Capgemini Consulting and Volvo Group. Mohammed holds a PhD in performance management and a Bachelor´s degree in finance.

Harry Vranjes

Harry Vranjes joined Intrum Justitia in 2002. Between 2015-2017 Vranjes held the position as Regional Managing Director Western Europe. He has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Intrum Justitia 2008-2012 and previous to that he was Project Manager and Business Developer at Intrum Justitia 2002-2008. Anette Willumsen

Anette Willumsen joined Lindorff in 2009 and held the position as Country Manager in Lindorff Norway from 2012-2017. She was also acting Country Manager in Lindorff Denmark in 2016-2017. Before taking on the role as country manager she was head of the Corporate Client Division at Lindorff Norway. Willumsen has a broad sales and management experience from the business process outsourcing industry. Prior to joining Lindorff she was SVP in EDB Business Partner (EVRY). She has an EMP from INSEAD and holds a MSc degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Luca Zuccoli

Luca Zuccoli joined Intrum in June 2021. He has an extensive international experience in the data, digital and analytics space from his roles at Experian, Applied Predictive Technology (now Mastercard) as well as over 10 years of consulting with Oliver Wyman and Roland Berger. His previous employment was as Chief Data Officer at the European airline easyJet. Mr Zuccoli has a Master of Science in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA), an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Master in Economics at Pavia University (Italy).
