Nordic Capital has today announced an agreement with SEB Fonder, AMF and Lannebo Fonder regarding a proposed adjustment to the terms for the combination between Intrum Justitia and Lindorff. According to this agreement, it is proposed that Intrum Justitita’s owners will receive 55% of the shares in Intrum Justitia after the combination with Lindorff, compared to 53% which was announced on November 14 2016. SEB Fonder, AMF and Lannebo Fonder own approximately 17,2% of the total shares and votes in Intrum Justitia per 30th of November 2016.

The proposed combination between Intrum Justitia and Lindorff is subject to a decision at an extra general meeting of Intrum Justitia tomorrow, December 14 2016.
